10U went 2-1 in pool play at the Monroe Tournament during the week which helped them earn a playoff berth. With that playoff berth the 10’s took advantage and made it to the Finals on Monday night dropping a tough contest and coming away with a runner-up finish.

10U won their 3rd championship of the summer over the weekend and the second championship in as many weekends going 4-0 and outscoring their opponents 54-13 while hitting a smoking hot .523 as a team. The 10’s look to continue the winning ways with another tournament this weekend in ECTB

ZONED College Commits!

A few weeks back, one of my students and I were walking out of the cage after a hitting lesson. She was approached and asked where she was going to college. She responded, saying “Boston College” and the man said “WOW! That’s awesome, when do you sign?”

Starting Friday September 5th the Zoned Redhawks Baseball Program will be in full swing in pursuit of another dominating season looking to go above and beyond its 14 combined championships from last year.

Ron Scott threw a no-hitter and struck out 14 batters in the Class 4A State Championship baseball game in 1989 to give Sarasota its second title in three seasons.

The sports cycle consists of practice, compete and debrief. This hitting class is designed to reflect on your most recent performance and devise strategies to improve for the next game technically and tactically. Coaches will analyze the athletes mechanics and approach at the plate and come up with strategies for success and goals for the next game.

Over the weekend of July 4th, both the Zoned Redhawk Elite 14U Black and 13U teams came away with tournament championships in dominating fashion. The Redhawks Black team went 5-0 in the Brick July 4th explosion tournament scoring a total of 38 runs in 5 games.

The 14U Redhawks capped off a busy weekend by winning the USABL Championship!!! Congratulations to Coach Andrew, Coach Brooks, and all of the kids on an awesome run to the championship. Let’s keep the momentum going into the summer!!!
