Bridgewater, NJ – On Saturday, December 20th, 2014, ZONED Sports Academy will be hosting a FREE Open House for the general public between the hours of 1pm-4pm at their 28,000 sq. ft facility located at 24 East Kearney St. in Bridgewater, NJ.
The open house will take place between the hours of 1pm-4pm and will feature professional baseball and softball instruction courtesy of the ZONED coaching staff. All guests who attend will have the opportunity to take swings in the batting cages, throw a bullpen session off the pitching mounds, and fielding practice with ground balls on the pro turf infield. There will be talent competitions and giveaways throughout the day, including speed pitch and home run derby. ZONED will also be featuring special holiday sale promotions on equipment brands EVOSHIELD, AKADEMA, B45, LIZARD SKINS, WARRIOR BLACK, as well as lifestyle apparel brand DIGMI, as part of their newly designed pro shop. Local businesses will be on hand promoting their product and services as part of the ZONED – Small Business partnership program.
“We are extremely excited to open our doors to the general public and offer this free open house as our holiday gift to the local sports community”, said Duke Baxter, owner and lead instructor at ZONED Sports Academy. “Being able to share our coaching staff, which has over 100 plus years of professional playing and coaching experience, is something we are proud to offer the local athletes in our community. And there is no better time to offer this gift than during the holiday season”.
ZONED Sports Academy is one of New Jersey’s premier indoor baseball and softball training facilities. Along with providing private baseball and softball instruction, ZONED Sports Academy is the home to the ZONED Red Hawks travel baseball organization, as well as offering collegiate recruitment services. Last month, ZONED Sports Academy celebrated their athletic class of 2015 who committed to continuing their careers at the collegiate level with their 1st Annual ZONED Signing Day.
