Scope & Rope – The Weekend DebriefScope & Rope – The Weekend Debrief (10 Girl Max)
Dates & Times: Mondays 7:00PM – 8:00PM and/or Wednesdays 8:00PM – 9:00PM
Cost: $25.00
The sports cycle consists of practice, compete and debrief. This hitting class is designed to reflect on your most recent performance and devise strategies to improve for the next game technically and tactically. Coaches will analyze the athletes mechanics and approach at the plate and come up with strategies for success and goals for the next game.
Pitching With A PurposePitching With A Purpose (6 Girl Max)
Dates & Times: Wednesdays 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Cost: $25.00
Requirements: Bring your own catcher
These personalized bullpen sessions can be used to tackle mechanical issues, mental approach, or to learn a new pitch. Coaches will analyze the pitchers mechanics and mental approach on the mound and come up with strategies for success and goals for the next game.
You Run – We GunYou Run – We Gun (6 Girl Max)
Dates & Times: Wednesdays 7:00PM – 8:00PM
Cost: $25.00
These small catching sessions can be used to tackle mechanical issues and game management. Coaches will analyze the catchers receiving, throwing, and blocking mechanics, as well as their game management skills. The coach and athlete will come up with strategies for success and goals for the next game.
College Softball Open Gym – There Is No Off Season
Dates & Times: Monday 11:00AM – 1:00PM
Cost: $25.00
Obtain the competitive edge – Whether you are a seasoned veteran or an incoming freshman you know that “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”. This large group workout in an air conditioned indoor facility gives you access to professional coaches, video analysis, batting cages, pitching machines, and a full turf softball infield. Work along side other collegiate athletes to improve fielding, batting, catching and pitching. Take your game to the next level while other girls are taking the summer off.
