As the demands of summer baseball intensify, many pitchers begin to feel the effects of a long season. Zoned Sports Academy’s 4-Week Mid-Summer Pitching Program is designed to help athletes maintain peak performance while promoting long-term arm health and mechanical efficiency.
Led by former MLB 1st Round Draft Pick and Pitching Coach Mike Nikorak, this once-a-week program focuses on in-season maintenance, individualized adjustments, and game-ready preparation. It’s the perfect opportunity for pitchers to make critical mid-season improvements rather than waiting until fall.

Week 1: Building a Routine & Arm Care Fundamentals
Learn proper warm-up techniques using bands, shoulder weights, and stretches to build a consistent pre-throwing routine and protect the arm. -
Week 2: Game Prep & Bullpen Execution
Dive into pitch sequencing, strike zone focus, and maintaining fluid mechanics through rhythm, balance, and timing. -
Week 3: Individual Adjustments & Delivery Breakdown
Address personal mechanical flaws like arm action, timing, and weight transfer to enhance consistency and power. -
Week 4: Live Bullpen & Self-Correction Skills
Pitchers will throw in a live setting with strike zone metrics while learning to self-diagnose and correct issues in real-time.
