The Velocity Plus Throwing Program was designed to increase velocity and assist in preventing arm injuries through specific exercises. The Velo Program was originated to REDUCE injuries in the arms of baseball players’, and will be run by Dave Dickerson and Carlos Ruiz. We believe that, through the Velo Program, the shoulder becomes healthier and stronger resulting in increased pitch velocity.

Our coaches at Zoned will make the days off from school FUN for the kids and EASY for the parents. Zoned winter camps are the talk of the town and you will be sure to dominate the day!
