Cutting Edge Lecture and Workshop on Speed and Agility Training!
Zoned and the Somerset Medical Center's Sports Performance Group have collaborated to bring Robb Rogers, one of the nation's top authority on Performance and Speed & Agility training to Zoned. This activity filled 90 minute session is free of charge to all parents and students. We encourage everyone to come to Zoned in comfortable clothing to do some stretching and learn more about Speed & Agility training.

Robb Rogers, M.Ed., is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Master Strength and Conditioning Coach (MSCCa), and USA Weightlifting Club Coach (USAW). With 25 years of coaching experience Robb is an authority on performance enhancement. From club sports to professional teams, Robb has coached athletes of every level. From the University of Missouri, Southern Cal, Baylor University, Middle Tennessee State University to the St. Louis Blues Robb has enjoyed many varied experiences. He has received the T&C magazine Comeback Athlete Rehab Team award, the USC Football Spirit Award, NSCA Southwest Conference and National Coach of the Year awards. Robb’s been published in numerous journals and magazines. He has presented at national conventions, business meetings, camps, clinics and seminars. Robb is currently a performance coach for St. Vincent's Hospital Sports Performance Team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
